Deleting your account signs you out of it for good and hides your profile, your messages and your activity from everyone. Read what happens to your data below before you go ahead.
You are signed out on every device and cannot sign in again. Your profile, photo, display name, level, chat history, followers, room memberships, and any coins or gifts left in your balance all stop being visible to you and to everyone else.
Your data is not erased the moment you press delete. It is held while the account is closed, and if you sign up again with the same phone number your account and its data are restored to you — that is deliberate, so nobody loses years of history to one tap.
If you want your data erased for good rather than closed, say so when you write to us and we will erase it. Records of completed purchases are kept where accounting and tax law requires it; they are transaction records only and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile. The reason you pick is kept so we can understand why people leave.

If the problem is notifications, other users, or something that went wrong, most of it can be fixed without losing your account — muting, blocking and reporting are all in the app, and support can help with the rest.
بتتسجّل خروج من كل أجهزتك ومش هتقدر تدخل تاني. وملفك وصورتك واسمك ومستواك وسجل محادثاتك ومتابعينك وعضويتك في الغرف وأي كوينز أو هدايا في رصيدك — كلها بتتخفي عنك وعن باقي الناس.
بياناتك مش بتتمسح لحظة ما تضغط حذف. بتتحفظ والحساب مقفول، ولو سجّلت تاني بنفس رقم الهاتف، حسابك وبياناته بيرجعوا لك — وده مقصود، عشان محدش يخسر سنين من تاريخه بضغطة واحدة.
ولو عايز بياناتك تتمسح نهائي مش تتقفل بس، قول كده لما تكلّمنا وإحنا نمسحها. أما سجلات عمليات الشراء المكتملة فبنحتفظ بيها حيث يفرض القانون المحاسبي والضريبي ذلك؛ وهي سجلات معاملات بس، مش بتتستخدم للتواصل معاك ولا لإعادة بناء ملفك. والسبب اللي بتختاره بيتسجّل عشان نفهم الناس بتسيب ليه.
لو مش قادر تدخل التطبيق، أو عايز بياناتك تتمسح مش تتقفل بس، ابعتلنا من رقم الهاتف أو الإيميل المسجّل على الحساب وإحنا ننفّذ الطلب. بيانات التواصل موجودة في صفحة سياسة الخصوصية.
لو المشكلة في الإشعارات أو في ناس معينة أو حاجة حصلت غلط، أغلبها بيتحل من غير ما تخسر حسابك — الكتم والحظر والإبلاغ كلهم جوّه التطبيق، والدعم يقدر يساعد في الباقي.
